Browsing the website

The public website serves its images, fonts, scripts and documents locally. It does not set public tracking cookies, load analytics or automatically embed third-party viewers. Following an external link opens that provider’s service, whose own privacy information applies.

The server necessarily receives connection information when delivering a page. Hosting-provider access logs, their storage location and retention period must be specified by the operator before public launch.

Enquiries and sample requests

The enquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company details where applicable, and your message. The form also records the type and time of the enquiry and acknowledgement of this privacy information. These details are stored in a private enquiry inbox to handle your request. Sample requests are for business customers.

The application does not store your connecting IP address with the enquiry. For abuse prevention, it stores a keyed hash derived from the connection address in a separate rate-limit record. Form tokens discourage automated or duplicate submissions.

This local preview stores enquiries in the inbox and does not send automatic email notifications. Any production notification service, access arrangements and retention period must be documented before launch. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Editor access

The administration area uses a necessary session cookie scoped to the administration path for authenticated editing, draft previews and security protection.

Your requests

Contact the operator to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask how your enquiry is handled. The operator will review your request and any applicable retention obligations.

Before public launch

This information describes the delivered local implementation. The operator must complete production hosting and processor information, lawful bases, log and enquiry retention periods, international transfer information if relevant, and information on applicable rights and complaint routes before public launch.
